payments we accept: we accept cash, check, cash app, Venmo, and debit card.

if payment is not received when the job is done we will return with notice.

if payment is not given we do keep evidence of each job we do along with a contract you need to sign for the service.

if payment is refused we will continue to contact requesting payment.

if the services are deemed inadequate we will need evidence of such inadequacy and if we see it as valid then we will offer either a discount or give your money back to you.

everything we do (except for window cleaning) pays my time, the charge to clean a window exterior only is $5, and for both sides of the window it will be $8, we will charge per pane of glass, and $10 for both sides and screens, for every window cleaning service we may clean frames at will.

if you have any windows under 4 inches by 4 inches in width we will refuse services for that pane, if a window has a surface area that is above 25^2 inches we will charge 1.5x cost.

if you have any modifications to your windows like tint or windows that opened accidentally you MUST make us aware to prevent any damage to your property. we use razor blades to get any extra filth that may be left on a window, razors do NOT harm windows when used properly. if you have a tint on your window the razors WILL remove the tint and if you don’t want to have to buy your tint after the service due to your stupidity TELL US
